Speech therapist Ivy Hernandez

Minds Therapy Miami is led by Ivy Hernandez-Obeso, MS, CCC-SLP, who began her SLP career in 2007 after starting as a Pre-K Exceptional Student Education teacher. Ivy holds a Bachelor's in Special Education and a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from FIU and holds the CCC from ASHA. She has extensive experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, auditory processing disorders, language disorders, and oral motor disorders across private practices, charter schools, preschools, and behavior therapy centers. She holds specialized training in Beckman Oral Motor, PROMPT Level II, PECS, Braidy the StoryBraid, Auditory Processing, and LAMP. The clinic also employs Stefanie, a bilingual CCC-SLP specializing in receptive/expressive language, articulation, phonological disorders, fluency, and pragmatic language.
